 New Chestnut Park West affiliate set to expand iconic real estate brand across key Southwestern Ontario markets, including Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, Stratford and Brantford.

 

 

Chestnut Park Realty Southwest Ontario Brokerage Ltd. (“Chestnut Park West”) is announcing its expansion into several Southwestern Ontario markets as an affiliate of Chestnut Park Real Estate Ltd., Brokerage. This expands the Chestnut Park brand west of the Greater Toronto Area into some of Canada’s fastest growing communities.

 

Chestnut Park West was formed in partnership with Lee Quaile, a highly successful REALTOR® with over 11 years of experience in the Kitchener-Waterloo Region who will oversee Chestnut Park West as Managing Partner and Broker of Record. “There is a real demand in Southwestern Ontario for a new forward-thinking approach to working with homeowners, and our Chestnut Park West team has developed an innovative platform to support both clients and REALTORS® in that process”, said Lee Quaile.
