Prime Minister Justin Trudeau visited the Muskoka region as part of an organized trip to Dock 2018 (un)Conference, an open-air, closed-to-media gathering of Canadian and US-based tech and business leaders. During his visit, several of our agents had the opportunity to meet and speak with the Prime Minister as he stopped to visit just outside of the Chestnut Park Port Carling office. 

 

 

 

 

Amy McDonald and her daughter were invited to meet him because of their volunteer work done in the community. Amy has been heading a board to expand Little Muskoka Lakes Preschool. Thanks to some successful grant applications via the government, they have been able to move forward with this project, especially with the help of Muskoka/Parry Sound federal liberal representative, Trisha Cowie.
