On March 28th, Chestnut Park hosted its third annual symposium, which offered a full day of enlightenment that included guest speakers and an agent panel. We believe it is imperative that our agents have the opportunity to learn more about their industry and acquire new skills and information on the market so they can provide their clients with quality service and knowledge.

The symposium was hosted at the Rosedale Golf Club in Toronto. Speakers included Von Palmer, Chief Communications and Government Affairs Officer, Chief Privacy Officer, Toronto Real Estate Board, Robert Hogue, Senior Economist at RBC, Michael Appleton, seasoned real estate coach and trainer. The agent panel consisted of Chestnut Park agents, Kristen Duern, Jimmy Molloy, Katie Rennie and Justine Deluce. The agents answered questions and provided insightful and personal answers to give other agents an idea of how their business works and personal experiences.

At the end of the day, everyone gathered for a wine and cheese event while mingling and discussing the speakers. We also proudly launched our new and improved 100-page Invest In Style Magazine.

Chris Kapches, President and CEO of Chestnut Park Real Estate Brokerage, Limited, states, “Our symposium is designed to add to our knowledge banks, and to empower us to overcome the market challenges and to better enable us to assist both our buyer and seller clients with all their real estate needs.

We are looking forward to hosting more of these insightful, collective learning experiences for our agents.
