On Sunday October 28, 2017,  our Collingwood, Owen Sound and Wiarton offices held an exclusive event to celebrate our Chestnut Park clients, family and friends and provide some thought provoking and insightful musings into the always exciting and ever-changing world of real estate.

The day started off with a tour of 5 of our luxury listings located around the venue, which was the Golf Club at Lora Bay.  A very special thank you to our Seller’s who graciously opened their homes for us to visit. Also, many thanks to Ron and Barb Picot who co-ordinated the tour and to our hosts; Kim Archer, Barbara Brunton, Stefanie Kilby, Betty Marshall, Ron and Barb Picot and Jennifer Ridsdale.  Thank you all!

Following the Tour of Homes, everyone gathered at The Golf Cub at Lora Bay for lunch; a creative selection of delicious food stations, prepared by Chef Rob Saunders!  A special thank you to Susan Hickling and Tierney Hill of Roadrunner Foods for all their assistance in planning our event.

Once lunch was served, our guests were invited to hear our  panel of Guest Speakers including Kathy Coumou, Executive Director, Broker of Record for Christies International Real Estate, a subsidiary of Christies based at Christie’s New York office in Rockefeller Center, Chris Kapches, our Broker of Record, CEO and President for Chestnut Park and Richard Stewart, Vice President, Legal Council for Chestnut Park discussing the The Dawning of a New Era: The Changing Face of Real Estate.

The afternoon ended with a stunning charcuterie from Chef Rob and entertainment provided by one of our favorite local musicians, Jason Redman, accompanied here by our own Aaron Garner!
