One Three Design Inc. was founded by Diane Ernjakovic and Rachel Keach, Principal Designers behind this successful company. With over a decade of experience in both residential and commercial design, this boutique interior design form continues to be known for its stylish and functional creations. Diane and Rachel are regular design experts on Cityline and have completed work on HGTV’s new show, Buyers Bootcamp with Scott McGillivray. Their work has been featured in several House & Home videos and has been published in the book, The Complete Book of Clean.

Diane and Rachel were approached by clients who had purchased a home but never felt that it met the potential of some other homes they considered buying. They wanted their living space to feel casual, inviting and comfortable. One member of the family requested that her office be flashier and pop with colour, whereas another member wished for more Zen office space with room for lounging. This family has two young children, so it was important that the furniture and storage be kid-friendly.

Diane and Rachel made sure that family members personalities had a major influence on the design and look of each room, in order to suit their needs
and styles. The home design consisted of a fully renovated family room (except floors), his and hers offices, kitchen, powder room, foyer, mud room, master bedroom, master ensuite, custom master closet and guest bedroom. They installed custom drapery, art and, lighting and added new furniture to all the rooms.

As part of the White Glove Design Service from One Three Design, the eager clients were greeted at the door with glasses of wine to accompany them on the full tour of their newly-renovated home. They were thrilled with the outcome and told Diane and Rachel that their new space far exceeded the dreams of all family members.
