Having grown up American, I spent many happy childhood summers on the east coast. This summer we decided it was time to explore the Canadian East Coast as a family and introduce our children to more of their heritage. I really had no idea what to expect. I could not have been more delighted by our adventure. From the landscape to the people, the history, the craftsmanship, the food (oh the food!), the sunsets and magnificent Mother Nature in all her glory.   I am in constant awe of my new home. I have a newfound appreciation for what makes this great country great. I have so much inspiration for new projects I can hardly sleep trying to process all that I have seen and experienced. The sheer natural beauty, the colours, the textures, the artisans. I am sharing a few of my favourite photos here but for a more detail into our itinerary, visit our Instagram page @annehepfer. I could go on and on…Wishing you many beautiful summer memories with your own families.
