With the Spring weather finally making a proper appearance, there is no shortage of outdoor events that will spark your interest. Here are a few of the events in Collingwood that we are looking forward to this season:

 

Farmers’ Markets:

 

The long weekend has been the kick-off for the local Collingwood farmers’ market, which will take place weekly throughout the spring and summer months. From now until Thanksgiving, you can visit the Collingwood Farmers’ Market in the Second and Pine Street municipal parking lot. With plenty of local vendors providing fresh produce, baked goods, crafts and artwork, you will be sure to find something new to try!

 

Move Collingwood Day:

 

Looking to get active this summer? Get started by attending Move Collingwood Day, which is meant to encourage everyone to find new ways to get outside and get fit! Their event on June 2 will preview plenty of programs and activities you can get involved in this summer in order to get moving! Pick up a Passport to Play, and get a stamp after trying out different activities, and you will be eligible to win a free swim pass! A Taste Of The Town:

 

Explore all of the amazing flavours that Collingwood has to offer with A Taste of the Town, taking place on June 10. With over 20 of the finest restaurants in the area participating, you will surely leave with a new favourite spot to visit! You can get tickets to this event online, but be sure to act fast as this popular event is likely to sell out! Please note that this event is for

attendees that are 19 years and older.

 

Creemore Springs Turas Mor:

 

In partnership with Multisport Canada, enjoy a unique bike riding experience that highlights vintage bicycles, and concludes at the Creemore Vintage Festival in downtown Creemore. With live music and brewery tours included after your choice of a 25 or 60-kilometre bike ride, this will surely be a jam-packed day that will allow you to enjoy the rolling hills and local goods that Creemore has to offer. Collingwood Festival for Canada:
